Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we only ship within USA. However, we plan on offering international shipping in the near future.

If I live close can I pick up my order?

Not at this time but if you live in the Tucson area we will deliver your order free of charge.

Can I use a shipping address that’s different from my billing address?

Yes, you can. Our customers often have their packages delivered to a friend, family member or to a workplace. When you’re at checkout, make sure you don’t select the “Ship to the same address” under the Billing Address section. Below you can choose an address from your address book as the Shipping Address or enter “New Address” to add a new one. Save any new addresses by clicking the “Save in address book” box.

How can I change my shipping address?

To change the shipping address, go to “Account Information” under “My Account” tab. Then click on the “Address Book” section, you can update your Shipping and Billing addresses or you can add a new one.

I received my tracking number but it’s not working. What should I do? As soon as your order is shipped out we will send a confirmation email to you that contains a tracking number for the USPS website. Sometimes it can take up to 48 hours to display any useful information. Give it a little while and check back, if it’s still not working please contact us at support@setforset.com and we will assist further.

How long does it take to receive my order after purchasing?

Delivery time is based on the shipping option you chose when checking out. Go to “My Account” to check which shipping method you selected during checkout.

How can I find out my shipping and tax charges before I place an order?

At checkout you will see a Shipping & Tax Calculator, this will let you check the charges prior to purchasing. We use real-time shipping rates, so simply enter your State and Zip Code then click “Get a Quote” button.

Your estimate of shipping and tax charges is based on the items in your cart and the zip code you entered. The final weight of the package, shipping method and zip code determine the shipping fees. You will be able to see your exact shipping and sales tax fees at checkout before placing your order.


How do I create an account?

Click the link SIGN IN at the top right of the homepage. Enter your first and last name, email address and create a password. Then click the button SIGN UP.

I forgot my password. How can I get a new one?

Click on the link SIGN IN located in the upper right side of the homepage. Then click on the link Forgot your password?. Enter your email then click the button SUBMIT. Then go to your email and check for an email that will take you through the steps of creating a new password.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe from your newsletter?

Simply click the link Unsubscribe at the bottom of any of our emails.

How do I know my personal information is secure?

We secure your information by using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for all transactions of information between your computer and our servers. Your information is encrypted to keep it safe.


Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, because we sell our products to the entire USA sales tax must be added to your order at your local(state) sales tax rate. (if applicable)

How do I use promotional codes?

During checkout enter the promotional code into the box APPLY COUPON. The discount will be applied before you checkout so you can see how much money you saved.

How do I get a promotional code?

Make sure to follow us on social media and check your emails or purchase a product to receive a promotional code.

How do I cancel my order?

We process orders as soon as we receive them so if you'd like to cancel your order please contact us ASAP after making the order. We can't promise we will be able to cancel the order before processing but we will do our best.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
